Site reservation
Choose from a selection of beautiful homes and locations within the community. You can secure your home and site for $500 which is fully refundable.

Purchase agreement
Sign your agreement with a confirmation deposit of $2,000, then put your current house on the market. We’re able to help with trusted referrals and info.

Meet
Meet the local Community Manager, a great time to ask any detailed questions you have about community life, contracts and the build process.

Review your plan
Review and finalise your new home plan. Now’s the time to get creative with your colours and make any variations to your home design or fixtures.

Read and sign off
Check and sign off the final plans prepared by our design team. Sign the building contract and pay the final $2,500 deposit. The total deposit now paid is $5,000. Building begins!

Pre-settlement
Your Community Manager will walk you through your completed property, and show you how it all works. Your home will be inspected for any defects.

Settlement
Time to sign the land-lease and transfer the balance of the home purchase funds. We’ll help you prepare for settlement and most anything else you may need before move-in day.
