TR Homes
Proudly WA owned, TR Homes is a specialist regional builder with fifty years’ experience. They have amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience in modular home design and construction. The pre-fabrication of homes in their dedicated manufacturing facilities ensures the highest quality homes are transported to site.

Smith Constructions
Smith Constructions is one of the South West’s leading and most respected building and construction companies who have established a solid reputation for delivering practical building solutions across residential, commercial & industrial sectors, winning many housing building excellence awards as testimony to their dedication, hard work, integrity and ability.
Founded in 1972 by brothers Brian & Trevor Smith, who initially commenced business building houses predominately in the Bunbury & Southwest region. Over the years the company progressed from housing and unit developments into the commercial and civil construction sectors.
