The weekly rent
Weekly site fee (rent)
Edenlife charges a weekly site fee (rent) which gives you the right to occupy the land where your home is sited and covers the costs of running the community.
- All local government rates and taxes
- Water rates (water usage charges apply)
- Electricity (5 units supplied per day from our solar system)
- Secure gated community & CCTV 24/7, including gate access control from your home
- Maintenance of the clubhouse & community facilities, including roads & lighting
- Maintenance of underground reticulation
- Access to the clubhouse and facilities within the community all year round
- Maintenance of streetscapes and common area gardens and grounds
- Household rubbish removal (Note: hard waste removal is the responsibility of the resident)
- Provision of a community bus
- Secure central mailbox
- Membership of the community social club
- Caravan & boat parking are available on application (additional fees apply)
Payment arrangements
As part of your agreement with Edenlife, the rent is payable each fortnight via a direct debit from a nominated bank account. The site fee is reviewed on 1st July each year and any increase, if charged, is capped at 3.5%.
